Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. No penalties or lock-in.
What counts as an "active client"?
Any client with at least one active project in the Tracker counts. Clients with completed or archived projects don't count against your limit.
What happens if I hit my proposal limit?
On Starter, you'll see an upgrade prompt once you reach 5 proposals. The Proposal Agent pauses until the next month, or you can upgrade to Pro for unlimited.
How does the Payment Chaser Agent work?
The agent monitors your invoiced clients and automatically sends a 3-stage follow-up cadence when payment is overdue — in your configured tone, with your logo. You approve each email before it goes out.
What is the white-label client portal?
Your clients get a branded dashboard — your logo, your colors, your domain — to view proposal status, invoice history, and project milestones. Available on the Elite plan.

How does annual billing work?
